D.C. rates are higher: $4.5/thousand

Doc scan fee $30.00
Lien release fee on line 1305 is: $30.00 TO $120.00
Survey(s) on line 1301 if requested are: $175.00-$225.00
Please be advised that on C or D paper transaction or chapter 13 buyouts, the fees are higher due to the amount of work and liability associated with those matters.
